In this role you will lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects focused on patient engagement, education, outreach, and cross-functional information flow. The ideal candidate would have a hybrid arrangement at the NJ facility. This is a 1-year contract, 40 hours/week.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects focused on patient engagement, education, outreach, and cross-functional information flow.
  • Design and implement US operational protocols to enhance patient engagement processes, support advocacy activities, and strengthen information and insight management practices, including CRM and other insights.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, patients, advocacy groups, and external partners to define project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and information requirements that align with patient and business needs.
  • Track project progress, evaluate risks, and proactively resolve challenges to support successful project outcomes.
  • Manage budgets, resources, schedules, and documentation for patient engagement projects, programs and advocacy campaigns.
  • Oversee the organization, maintenance, and governance of key team information, including project documentation, content review workflows, stakeholder records, and reporting materials.
  • Prepare insightful reports and presentations reflecting operational, project, and information management performance in patient engagement and advocacy.
  • Engage in a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and patient-centered values.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in operations, project management, and information management within healthcare, pharma, biotech, or related sectors.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a passion for patient engagement and advocacy.
  • Proficiency in project management and document/information management tools relevant to healthcare or advocacy settings, including Veeva, CRM, Promomats, MLR, grants portals, and budget tracking systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and adapt to the dynamic needs of a team that is heavily engaged cross-functionally.
Preferred Skills
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Experience with community engagement, health literacy, or patient empowerment strategies.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) applied in healthcare or advocacy environments.
  • Understanding of information governance, document control, or content lifecycle management best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder relationship-building abilities.
