The Business Insights Analyst partners with leaders across Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Insurance, and other business functions to help solve business challenges and support data‑informed decision‑making. This role gathers and analyzes information from multiple sources, identifies trends and opportunities, and develops practical recommendations that drive business results.

Success is not defined by expertise in a specific tool or analytical discipline. We are seeking someone who is curious, hardworking, dependable, and willing to take ownership of problems from initial question through recommended solution. This role supports a broad range of work, including business analysis, reporting, forecasting, performance management, process improvement, and strategic projects.

• Investigate business questions by gathering, sourcing, validating, and interpreting data from multiple sources.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key drivers that affect business performance.
• Turn loosely defined questions into structured analyses, practical recommendations, and potential solutions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of business initiatives and operational changes.

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations that support business objectives.
• Translate data and findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support recurring and ad hoc analytical requests across multiple business functions.

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, clarify questions, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support strategic initiatives through research, analysis, and solution-oriented recommendations.
• Communicate findings clearly and adjust the level of detail for stakeholders and leadership.
