Schedule: Must be available for evenings and Saturdays

Laurelton Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our fast-paced veterinary team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment, enjoys staying organized in a busy setting, and understands the importance of creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners.
Our reception team plays a vital role in the success of the hospital by serving as the first point of contact for clients while supporting the doctors, technicians, and patients behind the scenes. - Assist with follow-up calls, appointment reminders, and client communication
- Support daily hospital operations and front desk organization
- Minimum of 2 years of veterinary hospital experience required
- Experience using AVImark software required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and calmly
