Crossover's Alpha campus seeks a Student Success Coach to guide K–3 students through app-based core learning and targeted literacy sessions on-site in the United States. You will identify gaps, design short sequences, and deliver 15-minute interventions for two to four children, while tracking progress and communicating weekly updates to families.
This full-time role requires at least 3 years with children, reading-teaching experience, and US work authorization; relocation support is available
