Compo Secure is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to join our manufacturing operations team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will support yield improvement, product industrialization, production troubleshooting, and NPI, working on the afternoon shift (8 AM – 5 PM) to optimize processes and onboard new products.
The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiency, process control, and continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality
