Is seeking an experienced part-time Zoning Officer to review all development applications and zoning permits, conduct inspections to determine compliance/noncompliance with Township regulations and administer enforcement actions accordingly, to make Court and/or Land Use Board appearances and provide testimony when required, maintain Township zoning files and review final site plans/resolutions for compliance prior to the issuance of building/zoning permits. Previous experience in zoning/construction field is required.
