Come help build our team and indulge your love of all things beauty at internationally acclaimed Blo Blow Dry Bar in beautiful Franklin Lakes, NJ (Bergen County). Step into a full clientele! All top of the line/brand new tools and products are provided.

• Hourly wage + tips + commission on retail, product, and membership sales

• Performance-based rewards and incentives

complimentary beauty services (blow outs, make up), product discounts, career advancement, travel to style ‘on-location’, travel to experience other Blo locations, work with our fabulous and caring team, build your brand! • AFLAC Insurance

• An up-to-date cosmetology license/student permit for the state of NJ

• The ability to work weekends

• A passion for the beauty industry and for making people look and feel beautiful

• A desire to collaborate and work well with team members in a fun, professional work environment

• Makeup artists a plus!

• Work one-on-one with the Style Boss to learn how to master Blo’s 5 signature hairstyles

• Participate in maintaining a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment

• Participate in routine up-training, product knowledge classes, and skill advancement
