Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN
Southgate at Autumn Lake, Carneys Point, NJ, $55-60/hour
Ultimate Therapy is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team within a skilled nursing setting.
Primary Responsibilities- Conduct physical therapy evaluations and establish treatment plans
- Provide therapy focused on mobility, balance, endurance, strengthening, and pain management
- Collaborate with PTA staff and interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor resident progress and complete accurate documentation
- Active PT license required
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
