ABA Behavior Technician – Gloucester County, NJ

Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is a growing in-home ABA agency specializing in working with children and young adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Since 2015, our mission has been to connect families with skilled ABA professionals who provide compassionate, evidence-based support right in the home environment.

We are currently hiring ABA Behaviour Technicians to join our team in Gloucester County, NJ.

Behaviour Technicians work directly with one student at a time, providing engaging, structured, and play-based ABA therapy in the home. Each technician is paired with a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) who provides training, guidance, and oversight.

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing individualized behaviour plans

• Facilitating skill-building in communication, social skills, academics, and daily living

• Collecting data and documenting progress

• Collaborating regularly with a BCBA supervisor

• Competitive hourly pay

• Support toward earning the RBT credential

• Experience that strengthens careers in ABA, psychology, education, OT, or speech

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs

• Strong communication skills and professionalism

• Background in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Human Services, OT, or Speech is helpful

• CPR/First Aid, RBT, or Mandated Reporter Training is a plus
