Job Description:

Imagination ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families. We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our In-Home ABA Therapy team in Cherry Hill Township, New Jersey.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician at Imagination ABA Therapy, you will work one-on-one with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing in-home ABA therapy sessions and supporting their skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Collaborate with BCBA's and other professionals to ensure effective treatment planning and implementation
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and treatment sessions
  • Assist with scheduling and preparation for therapy sessions
  • Provide support and guidance to parents and caregivers on implementing ABA strategies in various settings
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program and certification preferred but no required
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel to clients' homes as needed
