Job SummaryWe are looking for a Certified Home Health Aide to join our team. As a caregiver you will provide essential support to seniors in their homes ensuring they stay safe, healthy and happy. If you are a compassionate person who loves helping others and has an active CHHA license we want to meet you.
Main Responsibilities- Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Monitor client health status and report any changes to the team
- Support clients with mobility and transfers within the home
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for the client
- Active New Jersey CHHA Certification is required
- Previous experience in home care or senior care is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a warm personality
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Union and surrounding areas
- Compassionate heart and a desire to make a difference in a seniors life
