- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other clinical assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision to RBTs and direct parent training
- Maintain strong clinical documentation and data-driven decision-making
- After-school hours required with a minimum of two home cases per week during those hours
- Enjoy working directly with students

- Reliable transportation & valid
- BCBA Certification
- State Licensure (Required prior to starting employment, but is not required at time of hire)
- Ability to engage in active work (standing, bending, lifting, movement throughout sessions)
- Passion for helping others learn and grow
- Hourly wage:
Starting at $80 per hour, based on education and experience - Performance & productivity bonuses
