Job Description
The Culinary Attendant will ensure the highest quality and standards of meals are prepared, professionally presented and served with excellent customer service while also providing support with kitchen utility tasks as needed.
Flexible shifts 6:30 a‑2:30 p or 11 a‑7 p including weekends in a beautiful new state‑of‑the‑art community, a warm and compassionate homelike environment, and a highly recognized best place to work.

Minimum Qualifications- High school graduate or G.E.D. required.
- Food service experience required, culinary training and cooking experience preferred.
- Skill and experience with long‑term care and/or Dementia residents preferred.
- Serv Safe Certified; or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Flu vaccine required during flu season.

The Team
Parker at Somerset is a 120‑bed post‑acute rehabilitation and nursing home located on 10 beautifully wooded acres in Somerset, New Jersey. As an Eden Alternative registered home, we are well‑known for the compassionate, quality long‑term nursing care provided to elders in a comfortable, home‑like environment. We also offer comprehensive post‑acute rehabilitation with round‑the‑clock skilled and sub‑acute nursing services.
