Certified Home Health Aide

Avast Care is hiring one Certified Home Health Aide for personal care cases across Camden County, Gloucester County, and Salem County, all supported from our Westville, New Jersey office at 135 Broadway, Westville NJ 08029. This role is built for a caregiver who wants one-on-one client work, clear communication, and a local agency that treats aides like professionals. We serve families throughout Camden County, Gloucester County, and Salem County, and we want applicants from Camden County, Gloucester County, and Salem County who are ready to provide dependable in-home personal care.

Pay is $17-$20 per hour, the work is personal care only, and qualified applicants can move quickly through the process.

• Provide hands‑on personal care in the client's home, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support, and daily routine assistance.
• Follow the care plan and communicate clearly about changes in condition, concerns, or scheduling needs.
• Deliver reliable support to clients and families in Camden County, Gloucester County, and Salem County with professionalism and respect.
• Maintain strong attendance, punctuality, and a calm, compassionate presence in every home.
• Represent Avast Care professionally while serving personal care clients across Camden County, Gloucester County, and Salem County.

• Active New Jersey CHHA certification.
• Ability to work independently in a private duty home care setting.
• Reliable transportation for assignments in Camden County, Gloucester County, and Salem County.
• Professional communication, sound judgment, and dependable attendance.
• Commitment to respectful, one-on-one personal care delivered in the home.
