Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN

$55-58/hour
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to support residents in improving functional ability, safety, and independence.
Responsibilities:
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and treatments
- Address ADLs, coordination, upper extremity function, and adaptive equipment training
- Collaborate with rehab and nursing staff to support resident goals
- Maintain compliant documentation and treatment records
Qualifications:
- Active OT license required
- Strong communication and clinical skills
