QC Microbiology Scientist | Greater Princeton, NJ
Cellicor is seeking to hire an experienced QC Microbiology Scientist to join an innovative biotechnology organization advancing next-generation therapies.
This role is ideal for a microbiology professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced GMP manufacturing environment and wants to play a critical role in ensuring product quality, patient safety, and manufacturing excellence.
We’re interested in professionals with experience in:- cGMP microbiology laboratory operations
- Environmental monitoring within ISO‑classified clean rooms
- Sterility, endotoxin, mycoplasma, and microbial identification testing
- Aseptic processing and manufacturing support
- Environmental monitoring investigations, data trending, and technical documentation
- Supporting biologics, cell & gene therapy, sterile injectables, vaccines, or other aseptically manufactured pharmaceutical products
Experience with rapid microbiological methods (such as BacT/ALERT, Steri‑Seq, or similar technologies) is preferred but not required.
We’re seeking someone who can work independently, collaborate across Quality and Manufacturing teams, and contribute to a culture of scientific rigor and continuous improvement.
