Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time

CFY Opportunities Available at Autumn Lake at Salem County, Salem, NJ. Compensation:
SLP: $43–$46 per hour.

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and functional goals
• Provide therapy services for communication, cognition, voice, and dysphagia
• Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation staff, physicians, and families to coordinate care
• Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

• Structured mentorship and supervision for CFY clinicians
• Collaborative rehabilitation team including PT, OT, SLP, and nursing professionals
