As a Medical Assistant at Carease Health, you will be an integral part of our preventative healthcare program, utilizing your skills and expertise to promote patient well-being and reduce hospitalizations.

• Take vital signs and perform routine medical procedures

• Assist with chronic care management and remote patient monitoring

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and patients to develop personalized care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient data

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
