Job Summary:

Maya Home Care, a leading provider of high-quality home care services in New Jersey, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our team in Ocean County. • Provide skilled nursing care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to clients in their homes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Assist clients with mobility and ambulation, including transfers and walking
• Provide wound care and dressing changes as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement client care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
• Respect and promote the independence, dignity, and individuality of each client

• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in home care or healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)

• May work in clients' homes, which may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• May be required to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to travel throughout Ocean County, NJ
