Signature Healthcare at Home seeks a certified Physical Therapy Assistant to provide home health visits on Whidbey Island (Oak Harbor, Coupeville, Langley, Freeland, Clinton, Greenbank, Bayview). Part-time, day shifts, with self-directed scheduling based on patient needs.
Under a supervising PT, you will assist with exercises, gait training, and treatment, document care, and coordinate with agency staff. Must hold CAPTE-approved PTA training, WA license, BLS CPR, and a valid driver’s license
