At this time, we do not offer per diem for this role. Currently we have openings for our Day/Eve shift (7am - 7:30pm) & Eve/Night shift (7pm - 7:30am).
2026 Interview Fair Dates- September 21st (if hired, Start Date - October 26th)
The pay rate for this role starts at $21.22/hour and is based on experience.
Job DescriptionThe Clinical Patient Safety Attendant (CPSA) is responsible for specific aspects of direct patient care and monitoring focused of safety, under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.
The CPSA Commits To Providing And Maintaining a Safe And Caring Environment For Our Patients, Their Families, And Our Colleagues While Promoting Physical, Emotional, Psychological And Cognitive Wellbeing. The CPSA Fulfills This Purpose By
- Upholding a professional and compassionate demeanor
- Providing individualized, evidence-based, therapeutic interventions to address specific safety needs
- Being an active member of and contributor to the interdisciplinary team
- Utilizing safe, timely, effective, equitable, efficient and patient-centered communication
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of AS degree in health care, mental health or human services related field preferred.
Experience- Previous health care experience preferred
- Pro-ACT crisis intervention training preferred
