VNA Health Group is looking for a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide one-on-one rehabilitative care at patients' homes in Somerset County, NJ. This position involves implementing individualized treatment plans to enhance mobility and promote independence, all under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist.
As a PTA, you will maintain a patient caseload of 6–7 per day and benefit from a supportive interdisciplinary team.
