Full-Time | Non-Exempt | On-Site Five Days Salary Range: $16.00 - $20.50 per hour Practice Introduction:

Are you passionate about patient care? We are hiring full-time Physical Therapy Aides to join our growing team across our Princeton, Ewing, Monroe, and Hillsborough locations. This role is fundamental to supporting our physical therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapy assistants in providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:- Setting up therapy equipment and cleaning treatment areas for appointments.
- Wash and restock towels and linens for the treatment areas prior to the patient appointments.
- Preparing and administering hot/cold packs as directed by PT, OT, or PTA.
- Maintaining cleanliness of therapy area and equipment.
- Assist patients move to or from a therapy area.
- Assist patients with the treatment equipment.
- Assist PTs, OTs, and PTAs as directed; work under the direct supervision of a PT, OT, or PTA.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with patients and internal teams.
- Ability to assist with transfers (moving a patient from a chair to table or gait training).
- Ability to multitask to help manage the flow.
- Proficiency in setting up equipment for the PT’s and OT’s.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized area for patients.
- Basic understanding of medical/PT terminology.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience is preferred.
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to provide compassionate care.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Active listening and great communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Professional and friendly.
- Ability to travel to different offices if needed.
OrthoNJ, LLC is required by New Jersey law to disclose the compensation range for this position. The hiring range for this role is $16.00-$20.50 per hour. Compensation is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and geographic location. Certain roles may also be eligible for additional compensation, such as bonuses or incentive pay, as well as benefits.
