Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - PRN Autumn Lake at Salem County | Salem, NJ $55-$60/hour | PRN
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN opportunity at Autumn Lake at Salem County. This flexible role is ideal for an SLP who enjoys working with residents to improve communication, cognitive function, and swallowing abilities in a supportive rehabilitation setting.
What You'll Do- Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals
- Provide skilled therapy for communication, cognition, and dysphagia
- Monitor progress and modify treatment approaches as appropriate
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on communication and safe swallowing strategies
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- $55-$60/hour
- Flexible PRN scheduling
- Supportive rehabilitation environment
- Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload
- Collaborative interdisciplinary team
- Opportunity to provide meaningful, individualized care
- Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
- New graduate Speech-Language Pathologists are welcome to apply
