Job OverviewWe are looking for Licensed Mental Health Providers (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC) to join our growing team. As a licensed provider, you will assist in delivering high-quality therapy services, working closely with our clinical team to help patients achieve their mental health goals. This position requires a high level of clinical expertise and compassion to ensure success.
Licensed Mental Health Providers can join Luna Joy to supplement their existing practice, with a flexible commitment of at least 10 hours per week. Therapists partnering with Luna Joy enjoy seamless integration with their practice and an expanded reach through new client matching. We handle all administrative tasks, from billing and credentialing to front desk support and IT services. Our comprehensive support allows you to focus entirely on delivering quality care to your patients.
As part of the Luna Joy team, you will play an essential role in supporting the mental health journey of one million women with purpose-driven innovation, unwavering compassion, and transformative care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and/or group therapy using evidence-based practices.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment as necessary, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation according to professional standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in women’s mental health, ensuring best practices in patient care.
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations to support collaborative care.
- Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychotherapy or clinical care.
- Experience with women’s mental health, particularly perinatal and postpartum mental health, is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic medical record systems is preferred.
- Passion for women’s mental health and a commitment to making a positive impact.
- Specialized training in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
- Experience working in telehealth settings.
- Additional certifications or continuing education in women's mental health.
