Mind Care Therapeutics LLC is a New Jersey-based psychotherapy practice specializing in the mental health and emotional well-being of older adults and the geriatric community.

We are growing our clinical team and seeking a compassionate New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience and a genuine interest in working with older adults.

We are seeking a part‑time LCSW Psychotherapist to provide individual psychotherapy to older adults throughout New Jersey. This is a primarily in‑person position, with telehealth flexibility. You’ll have the ability to create your own schedule based on your availability, patient needs, and facility schedules. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building meaningful therapeutic relationships with older adults and values a flexible, self‑directed schedule.

• Provide compassionate individual psychotherapy and supportive counseling to older adults, primarily in‑person, with telehealth flexibility.
• Collaborate, when appropriate, with families, caregivers, facility staff, and other members of the patient’s care team, and connect patients with additional supportive resources when needed.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and provide care in accordance with professional social work ethics, HIPAA, payer requirements, and applicable New Jersey regulations.

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the State of New Jersey.
• Maintain active professional liability (malpractice) insurance with minimum coverage of $1 million per claim / $3 million aggregate throughout employment.
• Experience providing individual psychotherapy, including clinical assessment and clinical documentation, with older adults and geriatric populations.
• Must meet applicable Medicare clinical social worker requirements and be eligible for credentialing with Medicare and other insurance plans utilized by Mind Care Therapeutics.
• Reliable transportation.
• $21–$55 per completed session, contingent on session type
• Paid time off (PTO)
• Insurance credentialing handled by Mind Care Therapeutics
• Administrative and billing support
