Learn Through Play ABA currently provides in-home ABA therapy, BCBA supervision, parent and caregiver training, and individualized skill-building programs. Services are available in both English and Spanish.

Learn Through Play ABA is seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in a part-time, in-home role serving families throughout Bergen and Passaic Counties, NJ
.

The BCBA will oversee individualized ABA programming and provide clinical leadership to behavior therapists working directly with children and families. This position is ideal for a clinician who values high-quality, individualized care and enjoys working collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and treatment teams.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and updating individualized treatment plans, designing evidence-based and play-based interventions, supervising behavior therapists, reviewing and analyzing clinical data, and modifying programs based on client progress.

The BCBA will also provide ongoing parent and caregiver training, monitor treatment fidelity, support skill generalization across environments, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with BACB ethical standards, payer requirements, and applicable regulations.

• Conduct behavioral and developmental assessments and identify individualized treatment priorities.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Design evidence-based interventions targeting communication, social, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Provide ongoing supervision, training, and clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior therapists.
• Observe sessions regularly and monitor treatment fidelity and quality of implementation.
• Analyze clinical data and make data-driven modifications to programming.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop appropriate behavior support and reduction plans when needed.
• Provide parent and caregiver training to support generalization of skills beyond therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with families, educators, healthcare providers, and other members of the child's care team when appropriate.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and professional clinical documentation.
• Ensure services are provided in accordance with BACB ethical standards and applicable insurance, state, and regulatory requirements.
