Griffith Psychological Services (GPS) is seeking NJ-licensed psychotherapists to join our growing clinical team. We are particularly interested in clinicians whose training and specialization include work with adults and couples, children and adolescents, or both. Assigned cases will be matched with expertise.

This is a part-time W-2 position with the ability to work 10 clinical hours per week nicians provide services through a combination of in-person care in Manalapan and telehealth throughout New Jersey, with New York telehealth opportunities for appropriately licensed clinicians.

GPS provides administrative credentialing, billing, scheduling, and EHR support so clinicians can focus on clinical care. Clinicians join a collegial practice environment with opportunities for professional development, clinical collaboration, and continued growth with the practice as GPS expands.

$55-$65 per clinical hour based on licensure and experience.

GPS serves a diverse outpatient population, and caseloads are developed based on clinician expertise, clinical specialization, client needs, and practice demand. Depending on training and scope of practice, clinicians may provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting initial clinical intakes, developing individualized treatment plans, maintaining detailed clinical documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary partners when clinically appropriate. Clinicians may also have opportunities to collaborate with other GPS service areas, including the Assessment Center, when appropriate to their training and scope of practice. Caseloads are developed based on clinical specialization, client needs, practice demand, and clinician availability.

The role requires a commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and continuous professional development.

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey license as a psychotherapist, clinical social worker, psychologist, professional counselor, or marriage and family therapist. New York licensure is a plus.
• Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant mental health discipline from an accredited institution
• Strong foundation in clinical theory and evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Training or certification in one or more evidence-based approaches relevant to the clinician's area of practice; specific clinical specialties and modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, TF-CBT, Gottman Method, play therapy) will be discussed during the interview.
• Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care and adherence to professional ethics and confidentiality standards.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience with electronic health records and comfort with basic technology used in clinical practice.
