HR Generalist / Talent Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Representing a global financial services organization, we are proud to be leading the search for a HR Project Leader (Consultant). This short-term assignment (6+ months) will drive key HR initiatives, strengthen employee engagement, and support strategic people priorities across the organization.
This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to influence employee experience, lead meaningful change initiatives, and support business performance through effective HR practices.
As the HR Project Lead / Consultant, you will be responsible for:- Leading HR projects from planning through execution, ensuring key milestones, deliverables, and business objectives are achieved
- Developing project plans, monitoring progress, managing risks, and providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Coordinating cross-functional initiatives across HR and key business functions to ensure successful project outcomes
- Serving as a trusted resource for employee relations matters, providing guidance with discretion, fairness, and compliance in mind
- Promoting employee engagement initiatives and reinforcing organizational values and culture
- Supporting managers through performance management processes, including coaching on feedback, goal setting, and development planning
- Leveraging HR systems and workforce data to provide insights that support business and people decisions
- Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes, workflows, and operational effectiveness
- Documenting HR procedures, operating practices, and process improvements to enhance consistency and efficiency
- Analyzing workforce and project-related data, developing reports and presentations for HR leadership and key stakeholders
- HR professional with 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Demonstrated experience leading HR projects, programs, or strategic initiatives from inception through implementation
- Experience supporting change management and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, workforce reporting, and HR analytics
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to develop meaningful reports and presentations
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly within a fast-paced environment
