Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Our client, a healthcare-related company in Northern NJ, is searching for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP).

• Partner with senior leaders and their teams as a trusted, proactive HR advisor
• Provide coaching and counsel on performance management, employee development, and organizational effectiveness
• Support workforce planning and organizational design
• Manage employee relations
• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and processes and support compliance
• Participate in HRIS evaluation and implementation initiatives
• Design/facilitate L&D programs with a focus on practical skill-building and measurable impact
• Build and deliver resources including toolkits, coaching frameworks, and communication guides
• Support people-side work streams for post-acquisition integration (role mapping, cultural assessment, and compensation harmonization)
• Partner with the CHRO on compensation benchmarking, job architecture, and total rewards internal equity and market alignment
• Collaborate with TA on critical searches, providing HRBP perspective on candidate assessment, offer strategy, and onboarding

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in a Senior HRBP or Senior Generalist role supporting businesses in media, healthcare, digital health, or professional services. PE experience is a plus
• Strong employee relations expertise
• Experience in HR policy development, compliance, and building/strengthening HR infrastructure
• Understanding of compensation principles and experience supporting total rewards programs

• Exposure to M&A integration (from an HR POV)
• Experience with HRIS implementation/platform transitions

• A competitive base salary in the 120-145K range
• Bonus eligibility (up to 20%)
• Hybrid work environment (3 days in)
