Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Part-Time, Long-Term Interim)

Location: Piscataway, NJ (On-Site)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Duration: 4-6 Months (Long-Term Interim)

About the Opportunity: LHH is partnering with a healthcare organization in Piscataway, NJ to identify a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a long-term interim assignment
. This is a part-time opportunity supporting a high-volume hiring environment, with a focus on onboarding coordination and candidate engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing onboarding processes within a fast-paced setting.

• Coordinate onboarding and placement activities for new hires
• Conduct background checks using Hire Right, including data entry and follow-ups
• Guide candidates through onboarding documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Perform education verifications
• Monitor onboarding portals to ensure timely completion of required documents and health screenings
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the onboarding process to ensure engagement and completion
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum of 1 year of high-volume corporate onboarding experience
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven ability to follow up and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus

Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
