  • Own the vision and prioritization of Pharm Transcend data capabilities, including data design, migration, integration, and Master Data governance
  • Establish technology roadmaps for ERP data requirements and migration
  • Drive data standardization and approve designs for Material, Production, Customer, Supplier, Asset, and Supply Chain Finance master data
  • Lead Data Product Owners in backlog prioritization, constraint management, dependency resolution, and demand intake
  • Own solution design and implementation of ERP data capabilities and integrations, including MDG
  • Define data migration approaches with supply chain and finance workstream leads
  • Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are addressed
  • Lead technical delivery, integrated builds, data migration, testing, data loads, defect management, and User Acceptance Testing support
  • Manage compliance documentation, data validation, installation qualification, SDLC documentation, configuration, and compliance activities
  • Measure capability performance against demand and drive continuous improvement
  • Build partnerships with business stakeholders and negotiate scope and priorities
  • Partner with Technology Services on software engineering approaches
  • Shape IT Product governance and ERP Master Data data-quality reporting
  • Act as JJT workstream lead for ERP data topics and migration
  • Mobilize and lead an international, cross-regional ERP and data technology project team
  • Coordinate, coach, motivate, and inspire team members through design, execution, and deployment
  • Partner with JJT teams across Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and R&D on integration topics
  • Resolve business and technical challenges and ensure realization of business benefits
  • Support global intake, build, sustain, releases, operations, projects, and enhancements
  • Lead future deployments, replanning, cutover, and go-live
  • Design change, release, and process-automation strategies
  • Coordinate performance testing and optimization activities
Requirements
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain business processes, including OTC, Make, Distribution, Finance, planning, procurement, QM, order processing, pricing, shipping, and invoicing
  • Strong knowledge of ERP functionality, data design, data migration, and compliance deliverables
  • Ability to determine S/4 and migration toolset capabilities and limitations
  • Ability to define technology and resource requirements with business and technology partners
  • Experience working across multiple business, technology, and product groups
  • Ability to translate business requirements into Technical Epics/Stories and control backlogs
  • Ability to introduce delivery automation for testing, release, and development control
  • Ability to lead data migration platform reliability, lifecycle management, availability, and performance strategies
  • Experience with performance evaluations, system, product, process, and integration optimization
  • Ability to coordinate High Availability and Disaster Recovery strategies
  • Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Commitment to continuous business improvement and stakeholder collaboration
  • Knowledge of technology trends and data capabilities
  • Experience with Scaled Agile methodology, processes, rituals, and Software Development Lifecycle Management documentation
  • Ability to analyze demand and create impact assessments, financial estimates, and prioritization
  • Experience leading releases, replanning, cutover, and go-live
  • Experience working with onsite and offshore developers
  • Ability to design change and release processes and process automation
  • Experience coordinating performance testing
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization and handle ambiguity
  • Ability to change priorities quickly and influence others
  • Experience working in a global, cross-functional capacity
  • Good knowledge of SOX and GxP compliance processes
  • Expertise with SAP S/4, BODS, SLT, LSMW/DMC, ERP master data, data integration, supply chain, process improvement, global deployments, and digital capabilities
