• Client Relationship Management:

  Handle policy endorsements, renewals, and amendments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with insurance regulations.
• Claims Support:
  Assist clients in the claims process, acting as a liaison between clients and the claims department, and providing guidance on claim submission.
• Policy Review:
  Conduct periodic policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and opportunities to enhance clients’ insurance programs.
