We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Representative to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping materials and products moving accurately and efficiently throughout our operation. The ideal candidate is organized, mechanically inclined, comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, and takes pride in getting the details right.

• Process outgoing shipments, ensuring the correct items, quantities, lasers, and tubing are prepared and shipped accurately.
• Verify and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality and reconcile shipments with purchase orders.
• Perform monthly and year-end inventory audits.
• Track and handle materials accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with Production, Customer Service, and other departments as needed.
• Organize and maintain the receiving area to support a safe, efficient work environment.
• Assume additional responsibilities and projects as requested.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read basic prints and understand geometric dimensioning.
• Ability to stay focused, composed, and productive while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
