Job Description The Marketing Coordinator supports BEUMER North America's marketing objectives through the development and execution of content, digital assets, campaigns, and communications that enhance customer engagement, promote brand consistency, and support business growth. Working closely with the Director of Marketing and stakeholders across the region, this role coordinates and produces marketing initiatives across digital channels, events, internal communications, and sales support activities while ensuring alignment with BEUMER's global brand standards.
Job Description The Marketing Coordinator supports BEUMER North America's marketing objectives through the development and execution of content, digital assets, campaigns, and communications that enhance customer engagement, promote brand consistency, and support business growth. Working closely with the Director of Marketing and stakeholders across the region, this role coordinates and produces marketing initiatives across digital channels, events, internal communications, and sales support activities while ensuring alignment with BEUMER's global brand standards.
Key Responsibilities- Create and publish engaging content across social media, digital channels, and internal communications, including graphics, copy, and short-form video.
- Develop and maintain marketing emails, landing pages, and website content to support campaigns and business objectives.
- Design and produce presentations, customer-facing materials, sales enablement tools, and other marketing collateral while ensuring brand consistency.
- Support integrated marketing campaigns through the development of digital assets that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Serve as a steward of the BEUMER brand by ensuring consistent application of global brand standards across North American marketing communications.
- Manage and maintain marketing assets within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and support content management on SharePoint and other digital platforms.
- Support trade shows, conferences, and customer events through campaign execution, event communications, booth graphics, logistics coordination, and on-site support as needed.
- Coordinate email marketing deployments and digital campaign implementation with headquarters, external partners, and marketing automation teams.
- Oversee branded merchandise programs, including vendor management, inventory control, ordering, and fulfilment.
- Support marketing operations through purchase order processing, invoice management, budget tracking, vendor coordination, and administrative support.
- Collaborate with business units and cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives that support regional growth and commercial objectives.
Compensation Range:$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 Annually.
The posted salary range reflects the compensation the company reasonably expects to offer for this position. Actual compensation will not be less than the posted minimum and will be based on multiple factors.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, digital content creation, communications, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator.
- Experience creating and managing content across social media, email marketing, websites, and landing pages.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to create engaging marketing content.
- Experience developing graphic, video, and presentation materials that align with brand standards.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and content performance across multiple channels.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled content and design tools to improve productivity while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and regional stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or similar tools.
- Experience with social media management and video creation tools such as Storykit or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, content management systems (CMS), and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
- Basic HTML knowledge and experience updating web content.
- Experience supporting trade shows, conferences, and marketing events.
- Experience in B2B industrial, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, or technology-focused environments.
