Job Summary

As a Commerce Media Senior Specialist at Tinuiti, you will support the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns within the commerce media ecosystem, leveraging your growing expertise to drive client success through effective campaign management, performance tracking, and collaboration with internal teams.

• Build, drive, and optimize successful Amazon Search marketing campaigns within your specialty and channel (e.g., DSP, Search on Amazon, Walmart, Criteo) to meet and exceed client goals measured by conversion rates and ROI.
• Foster rapport with clients through weekly interactions via phone, email, and meetings, striving for a Client Satisfaction score of 9 or above and Client Retention of 95% or above.
• Integrate Tinuiti’s product and technology suite into campaign activations, focusing on achieving key client metrics and channel‑specific success.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant commerce media platforms, proactively educating clients on program updates and benefits.
• Maintain annual certifications for relevant commerce media platforms to ensure expertise and compliance.
• Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and support optimization efforts, using analytics tools to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Communicate the holistic strategy behind clients’ KPIs by interpreting trends and leveraging cross‑channel data and insights.
• Proactively assess and diagnose opportunities for improvement, implementing changes to achieve growth, retention, and profitability targets.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and repurpose existing strategies to optimize brand awareness and drive sales volume across commerce media platforms.
• Demonstrate thought leadership within your vertical/channel and the broader commerce media landscape, contributing insights internally and externally.
• Effectively prioritize and manage time across clients, partner relationships, and internal initiatives to ensure timely delivery of tasks and objectives.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by experimenting with new strategies and tools, measured by the implementation of innovative solutions and client feedback.

• 3–5 years of experience in commerce media roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns with monthly budgets of $70k or more.
• Familiarity with commerce media platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Criteo (preferred).
• Familiarity with tools such as Skai, Helium
  10, Pacvue, and Analytic Index (preferred).

• Base salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year.
• Incentive pay program (Rev Share) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
