Talent Focus is supporting a fast-growing consumer packaged goods business in its search to recruit a Brand Content Manager to join its team in New Jersey.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a highly creative content professional to take ownership of organic social and short-form content for a rapidly scaling national food brand already available in thousands of grocery stores across the US.

The successful candidate will think like a content creator first — someone who understands hooks, pacing, platform-native storytelling and what it takes to stop the scroll.

You’ll own social strategy and content creation across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and emerging platforms, developing, shooting and editing engaging short-form video while using AI-powered creative and editing tools to accelerate production, test ideas and improve performance.

You’ll also work closely with internal marketing leadership and agency partners to ensure organic and paid content are aligned, while constantly analyzing performance and adapting based on what is resonating with consumers.

We’re looking for someone with 5+ years’ experience in social media or content creation, ideally within food, CPG or another consumer-facing brand, together with a strong portfolio demonstrating genuine creative range and platform-native thinking.

Experience using AI-assisted content tools is important, but above all, we’re looking for someone entrepreneurial, resourceful and highly motivated who wants to build content rather than simply manage campaigns.
