Job Title: Senior Brand Manager
Location: New Jersey / Hybrid
Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in Brand Management, Product Management, or Marketing within personal care, beauty, wellness, or consumer packaged goods.
Reports to: Vice President of Marketing
Company Overview:The organization is continuing to expand its portfolio through product innovation, consumer-led brand development, and a focus on high-quality, accessible products across multiple retail and e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead brand strategy and portfolio growth across personal care and wellness categories.
- Identify opportunities through market trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
- Manage new product development and commercialization from concept through launch.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, operations, and supply chain teams.
- Support product launches, packaging updates, retailer presentations, and promotional initiatives.
- Develop brand and product materials for retail and e-commerce channels.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and commercial priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Product Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in brand management, product management, or marketing.
- Experience with in personal care, beauty, wellness, or consumer packaged goods.
- Experience managing new product development and commercialization.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, product launches, packaging, and retail execution.
- Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
