Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing and Branding or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing or a related position.
- Strong knowledge of branding, marketing strategies and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good project management and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Develop and implement brand strategies to achieve business and marketing objectives.
- Manage and maintain the company’s brand identity, image and positioning.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and brand activities.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, market trends and competitors.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Design and other departments to support brand growth.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare marketing report and recommend improvements.
- Manage the brand budget and ensure marketing activities are completed effectively and on time.
