Ascend Hospice & Palliative Care NJ is seeking an Advanced Practice Nurse to join the Southwest NJ Team on a PRN basis. The APN will perform hospice re-certifications, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and support patients and families with high-quality palliative care.
The role requires a Master's Degree in Nursing, an active Nurse Practitioner license, 2–4 years of hospice experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel.
