Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, one‑on‑one skilled nursing care to clients throughout Hunterdon County, NJ.

We are actively hiring RNs for private‑duty home care assignments in Flemington, Clinton, Readington, Lebanon, High Bridge, Lambertville, and surrounding Hunterdon County communities. Whether you are seeking full‑time, part‑time, per diem, or supplemental hours, we offer opportunities designed to fit your schedule.

• Competitive Pay – $55.00 per hour

• Deliver skilled nursing services in the home setting

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments

• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies

• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition

• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Educate patients and caregivers regarding care plans and treatment goals

• Active New Jersey RN License

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred

• Home care experience preferred but not required

• Current BLS/CPR Certification

• Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills

• Reliable transportation strongly preferred

• Tracheostomy Care

• Ventilator Management

• G‑Tube and Feeding Tube Care

• Medication Administration

• Pediatric and Adult Skilled Nursing

• Chronic Disease Management

• Wound Care Experience
