Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$2325.60/week -

Job Summary:

Our Emergency Department (ED) RNs provide critical care to patients during emergency situations, ensuring swift assessments and interventions. They are skilled in managing trauma cases and delivering specialized nursing services to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities:

• Assess incoming patients promptly to determine their physical and mental health needs.
• Prioritize patient injuries and medical requirements to provide timely and effective care.
• Administer advanced emergency treatments and procedures as required.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Document clinical findings and interventions accurately within electronic health records.
• Remain prepared to respond to a variety of trauma and emergency scenarios efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 18 months of recent ED experience within the past six months.
• Demonstrate clinical proficiency and a performance record in emergency nursing.
• Hold an ASN degree; BSN preferred.
• Maintain valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state license.
• Certified in BLS, ACLS, Telemetry, PALS, NIHSS, and CEU contact Stroke 4 hours.
