Practical Nurse
dedicated to providing quality resident-centered care in a fast-paced SNF environment.
Currently hiring for FT, PT, and Per Diem.

- Provide nursing care and administer medications/treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the care team
- Assist with care plans, documentation, and daily resident support
- Supervise and support CNAs during daily operations
- Maintain infection control and safety standards
- Weekday pay starts at $33.00with full benefitsor up to $38.00for no-frills options
- Weekend pay starts at $36.00up to 38.00
- Additional shift differentials available
- SIGN ON BONUS up to $2000
