1st Americare in New Jersey is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our Home Health team. You will provide medical-surgical care, trauma medicine, and infection control in patients' homes, while documenting care per agency standards.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of LPN experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Trach, Vent, and G-Tube. Shifts are Tue/Thu/Sat 8pm–8am, with additional nearby opportunities.
