RIPCO Management (our property management division) is looking to hire an Assistant Commercial Property Manager servicing our Central and North New Jersey market. Prior property management experience is required and construction experience is preferred.

This role will oversee day-to-day operations of commercial properties.

• Serves as primary point of contact for tenants, handling requests, issues, and lease compliance.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and manage service agreements.

• Construction experience preferred, but not required
• Communication skills - clear verbal and written communication
• Ability to build positive tenant, vendor, and internal team relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues proactively

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
