You will be responsible for developing an increased awareness in and adoption of targeted energy efficient technologies, strategic market development, customer satisfaction, as well as delivering on client goals related to outreach activity and energy savings. This role will be supporting multiple residential energy efficiency program offerings, predominantly in the retail market space.

• Serve as a program ambassador by building strong relationships with retail store managers, associates, and customers while educating them on program benefits and promotions.
• Manage your territory independently, creating efficient schedules and store visit routes to maximize outreach and results.
• Ensure brand consistency by maintaining high-quality, uniform presentation of promotional materials across assigned retail locations.
• Drive awareness and engagement through creative outreach initiatives, in-store education, and participation in community and retail events.
• Support continuous improvement by sharing field insights, identifying barriers to success, and communicating opportunities with team members and program leadership.
• Track performance and results through regular reporting and progress updates toward program goals.

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in account management, retail leadership, brand ambassadorship, event planning preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation – this role will require you to use your own vehicle to travel between stores (~75 miles/day), mileage and toll reimbursement.

• Work assigned tablet provided

Target Compensation: $27 - $29 / hr depending on experience

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record.

Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

Compensation Range $21.00 - $29.40 Currency USD Type Hourly Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example. CLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students.
