• Provide visible armed security presence at assigned locations
• Monitor and secure premises to prevent theft, trespassing, or disturbances
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
• Write clear and accurate daily activity and incident reports
• Enforce site rules and client policies in a professional manner
• Maintain communication with supervisors and dispatch regarding site activities
• Ensure the safety of employees, customers, and property at all times

• Must possess a valid Armed Guard License/SORA (NJ)
• Must have a valid firearm permit and meet state requirements
• Must have reliable transportation to travel between different North Jersey locations
• Prior armed security or law enforcement experience preferred
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in both appearance and behavior
• Strong communication and customer service skills required
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle high-pressure situations when necessary
