What You'll Do- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
- Perform occasional residential service calls
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
- Recommend practical solutions based on customer needs
- Complete service documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
- Deliver professional, dependable customer service on every call
- 3+ years of commercial or residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Type II Certification
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Personal hand tools required
- $30-$45/hour based on experience
