Direct Support Professional
The Arc of Ocean County is looking for an experienced Direct Support Professional who brings reliability, compassion, and strong communication skills to the people we support. In this full-time day-shift role, you'll help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities begin their day with confidence, participate in daily routines, pursue personal goals, and stay connected to their homes and communities.
Your experience as a DSP—and your background in medical case management—can make a meaningful difference in the quality and consistency of the support individuals receive. You'll work alongside a residential services team while helping create an environment built around dignity, choice, safety, and greater independence.
This opportunity is designed for candidates who have prior DSP experience and can bring additional value through medical case management experience. The Arc of Ocean County provides paid training and ongoing professional development to help employees continue building their skills.
