Round delivers total body results in a quick and convenient 30 minute workout with no class times and a trainer with you every step of the way. We are seeking a super energetic and enthusiastic trainer. This is a 10-20 hour/week position with additional sale compensation.

JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS

At 9

Round the Trainer will maintain a fun, fast paced, 30 minute circuit cardio kickboxing gym. This is a very customer service driven position, so we are looking for someone that exudes confidence and whose primary focus is helping others achieve their fitness goals.

* Must have minimum 2-5 years of personal and/or work experience in fitness

* Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work mornings, evenings, and Saturdays

* Must have minimum 1-2 years of sales/customer service experience

* Previous kickboxing experience strongly preferred however not mandatory

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following

* Have FUN, SMILE, and LAUGH at work

* Provide personalized fitness training to members with varying backgrounds and fitness levels

* Provide stellar customer service and keep members motivated throughout their workout and excited for more!

* Maintain excellent customer service with current members, follow up with them to keep them engaged with our 9

Round Family, and cultivate member referrals

* Customer service via all forms of communication: in person, phone, email, text, social media, etc.

* Create monthly marketing plans with the owner

* Keep social networks updated regularly posting on Instagram and Facebook

* Ensure the gym is kept clean and all equipment organized and in working order at all times.

* Ensure all Opening & Closing Procedures are completed as scheduled and outlined.

* Closing sales by building relationships and selling the value of 9

Round

* Communicating with all demographics by all avenues (face to face, phone calls, text, email, social media, group settings, etc.)
